About the provider: This title is known in the PH as a JILI game. On the international site, it's listed under TaDa Gaming, and that's where the official page we used as a source comes from. The exact corporate relationship between JILI and TaDa is not yet verified.
How it plays
You're on a riverbank, and the monsters are on the other side. You throw or fire your weapons, and every character you take down has its own multiplier. Ranges according to the official page:
- Monsters (10 kinds): from 6x (Goblin) to 40x (Red Witch).
- Bonus Cyclops (3 colors): 20x–45x, can rise to 100x–225x.
- Golden Demons: Golden Viking (50x, 150x, 350x) and Golden Knight (60x, 180x, 420x).
- Special monsters: Goblin Bomber (70x–90x), Dread Knight (80x–100x), Medusa (90x–110x), Mystery Box (20x–120x).
- Bosses: Rock Giant (80x–120x), Cerberus (90x–150x), Golden Giant (80x–400x), Ice Dragon (100x–500x), Flaming Cerberus (80x–888x).
- Special bosses: Octopus (80x–400x) and Furious Octopus (80x–800x).
Three special features are listed:
- Bonus Demon / Jackpot Crocodile: killing the crocodile gives a prize based on your bet size.
- Furious Octopus: consecutive shots at the Octopus fill the Rage Bar. When it's full, there's a prize draw of up to 800x.
- Cerberus Wheel: attacking the Flaming Cerberus can open a wheel worth up to 888x.
Budget fit and boss math
Here's how fast ₱300 goes before any win:
| Budget | Bullet value (example) | Shots before any wins |
|---|---|---|
| ₱300 | ₱0.50 | 600 |
| ₱300 | ₱1.00 | 300 |
| ₱300 | ₱5.00 | 60 |
From our fishing game tips: about 0.5% of your budget or less per bullet. The Furious Octopus Rage Bar literally requires "consecutive shots," so it's the clearest example of a boss that eats budgets.
Example (simplified model, not exactly how the game works): say the Furious Octopus pays 400× and the game returns 97% in the long run, split evenly. The chance of getting that payout on one shot is about 0.97 ÷ 400 = 0.24%.
| Shots at the Furious Octopus | Cost at ₱2/shot | Chance of NO 400× payout | Chance of at least once |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | ₱100 | ≈ 89% | ≈ 11% |
| 200 | ₱400 | ≈ 62% | ≈ 38% |
| 500 | ₱1,000 | ≈ 30% | ≈ 70% |
In this example, it takes about 412 shots on average to land one 400× payout. At ₱2 a shot, that's ₱824, more than a typical session budget. This only illustrates the shape of the risk, it's not a prediction. The lesson: set a boss shot limit before you start.

Myths and common mistakes
- "The Rage Bar is full, so a big win is guaranteed." According to TaDa, what follows is a prize draw, and 800x is the ceiling, not a guarantee.
- "Bigger bet, bigger Jackpot Crocodile prize, so I'll raise it." It's true the prize is based on bet size, but you also lose more with every shot. Don't go past your budget plan.
- "The boss is about to die." What you see is just animation. In many casino fishing games, every hit is a fresh random chance, so earlier bullets aren't "saved up".
- "Let others do the damage, you finish it off." Other players' bullets don't make your next shot luckier.
- "There's a hack or mod APK." That's a scam. There's no legit way to change the game's results.

Where to play legally
Play Boom Legend only on a PAGCOR-licensed site. Lots of copies and fake "fishing apps" circulate on social media, and you have no recourse if you lose money there.
- Check the exact address. Enter the full domain in our PAGCOR license checker. A lookalike domain isn't the same as the licensed site.
- Only deposit through the cashier. Don't send money to an "agent's" personal GCash or Maya number. Read our GCash casino guide.
- Avoid mod APKs and "hacks." They're scams, and often come with malware.
