Don't confuse it with other "Fortune Tree" or "Prosperity Fortune Tree" slots from other providers. Their math and features are different.

About the provider: Fortune Tree is known in the Philippines as a JILI game. Outside Asia, the same title is listed under TaDa Gaming, and it has an official game page on tadagaming.com, so that's what we used as our main source. The Clash of Slots database lists the game under "Jili Games, TaDa Gaming". In the SlotsLaunch database, Fortune Tree's JILI URL redirects to its TaDa Gaming page. The exact corporate relationship between JILI and TaDa is not yet verified. For other studios, read our slot providers guide.

How to play and how it pays

Fortune Tree is a classic line slot: 5 reels, 3 rows and 30 paylines. Matching symbols need to line up consecutively on a payline, starting from the leftmost reel.

The symbols are "auspicious animals," according to the official page, and a big golden tree sits in the middle of the screen. Each spin is simple to read: check for a line, then check whether the tree shook.

  • 30 fixed lines according to the official page.
  • Wild coins that the tree can drop onto the reels.
  • Bonus game separate from the base spins.

Open the paytable inside the game to see exactly what each animal pays. If you're new to paylines, read our slots guide first.

Features: Money Tree, bonus game and free spins

The golden tree is the main feature. According to the official page, it shakes at random and drops 2 to 5 coins onto the reels, and these coins act as wilds.

  • Random wilds. 2 to 5 wild coins from the tree. Clash of Slots also lists "Random Wilds".
  • Bonus game. The official page lists a "Bonus Game", and Clash of Slots calls it a "Pick Bonus". AboutSlots mentions "golden lucky pig statues" in the game, but there's no full review there yet.
  • Free spins. The official page lists a "Free Spin". The trigger and number of free spins are not yet verified.
  • Buy feature. None of the sources we opened mention one, so it's not yet verified.

The tree shakes at random. There's no pattern to predict.

Fortune Tree RTP and volatility

If the 97% figure from AboutSlots matches your site's version, the long-run house edge is about 3%. But it isn't listed on the official page, so the info screen is still the final answer. Read our RTP explainer on why RTP is only a long-run average.

Volatility is Low-Medium according to the official page. That means small wins come more often than in high-volatility slots, and the ceiling is low too: the max win is only 1,000x. Our volatility guide explains how to match it to your budget.

Just an example: a ₱300 session budget at ₱3 per spin is about 100 spins if nothing hits. At 97% RTP, the expected cost on ₱300 total wagered is about ₱9. If you re-bet your winnings until total wagered reaches ₱1,500, the expected cost is about ₱45. Total wagered is what matters, not just the deposit.

Myths and common mistakes

Fortune Tree looks like a "lucky" game, so lots of superstitions stick to it.

  • "If the tree hasn't shaken in a while, it's close." No. Every spin is random and the tree doesn't "owe" you anything.
  • "It's low-medium volatility, so you almost always win." Small wins come more often, but they're often smaller than your bet.
  • "It's 97% RTP everywhere." The RTP isn't on the official page. Check the info screen on your site.
  • "All Fortune Tree slots are the same." Many slots from other providers have similar names. Make sure you're playing the JILI/TaDa one.

Where to play legally

Only play Fortune Tree on a PAGCOR-licensed site, and check the exact address before signing up. Many copycat sites use the names of popular JILI games to lure players.

  1. Type the exact website address into our PAGCOR license checker. A logo that "looks legit" isn't enough.
  2. Inside the game, open the info or rules screen and check the RTP of the version set up on that site.
  3. Deposit only through the site's official cashier, not to the personal GCash number of an "agent" or a group chat. Follow the safe GCash and Maya deposit guide for slots.
