PAGCOR launched the National Problem Gambling Helpline, (02) 8248-9568, on May 26, 2026. It runs 24/7 and offers confidential counseling plus referrals for treatment and rehabilitation. Trained counselors and para-counselors answer the line, and PAGCOR built it with Seagulls Flock Organization Inc.
