Who we are
SugarFun (sugarfun.lol) is a guide to online casino games for adults 21 and over in the Philippines. For the purposes of this policy, SugarFun is the party responsible for deciding how your personal data is processed on this website. You can reach us at hello@sugarfun.lol .
Data we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us or use a contact option, we receive your name (if you give it), your email address and whatever you write. We ask that you don't send ID documents or financial details.
- Analytics data. Like most websites, we use analytics cookies or similar tools to understand how people use the site: pages visited, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. We use this in aggregate and do not try to identify individual visitors.
- Affiliate tracking data. When you click a link to a licensed operator, that operator or its affiliate platform may set a cookie or use a tracking ID so it can tell that you came from SugarFun. We receive reports about sign-ups and activity linked to our links, but not your name, contact details or payment information.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your messages, corrections and requests
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To receive commissions from licensed operators, as explained in our affiliate disclosure
- To protect the site against abuse and keep it secure
- To comply with legal obligations
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for any purpose that isn't compatible with these.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting, email and analytics providers. They process data on our behalf.
- Affiliate partners and their tracking platforms, only to the extent needed to attribute visits and sign-ups. Once you're on an operator's website, its own privacy policy applies.
- Authorities, when required by law or a valid legal order.
Some of these providers may store data outside the Philippines. Where that happens, we expect them to protect it to a standard comparable to Philippine law.
How long we keep it
- Emails and messages: up to 2 years after our last exchange, unless needed longer to resolve a dispute
- Analytics data: kept in aggregate form, under the retention settings of our analytics provider
- Server logs: kept for a short period for security, then deleted
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use:

- Damages if you are harmed by inaccurate or unlawfully processed data
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to messages and data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data, we will act on it and notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
Minors
SugarFun is for adults 21 and over only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
