How We Write: Editorial Policy at AI Disclosure

Who writes and checks

Every page on SugarFun is published under the name of the person responsible for it. Right now that's Kassandra Marcos, our lead reviewer. Her background, published work and public profiles are on her author page, so you can judge her experience for yourself.

We keep three kinds of content clearly separate:

• Guides explain how a game or payment method works. They are based on game rules, provider information and official sources.
• Reviews report what happened when we tested a specific site with real money, following our test method.
• News reports on regulation and industry events in the Philippines, with links to the original announcements.

Commercial relationships never decide what we write or what we conclude. How we make money is explained in our affiliate disclosure.

Sources

When we state a fact we didn't test ourselves, such as a law, a regulator's rule or a game provider's published RTP, we link to the source so you can check it. We prefer primary sources: official regulator pages, laws and announcements, and the operator's or provider's own documentation. If we can't verify a claim, we don't publish it.

Corrections

We make mistakes sometimes, and we want to know about them. If you spot an error, email us at hello@sugarfun.lol with the page link and what you think is wrong. You can also use our contact page.

• We reply within 2 business days.
• Factual errors are corrected as soon as we confirm them.
• Significant corrections, such as a wrong payout time, license status or fee, are noted on the page with the date of the fix.

Updates and dates

Every guide shows an "Updated" date, and every review shows a "last tested" date. We only change the date when we actually change or recheck the content. Listed casinos are retested every quarter, as explained in how we test.

Our voice

SugarFun is written in Taglish: an English base with natural Tagalog phrases, the way many Filipino players actually talk. We keep it friendly and plain, and we avoid hype. If a site is slow to pay or a game has a high house edge, we say so.

AI disclosure

We believe you deserve to know how our pages are made.

• What AI helps with: SugarFun uses AI tools to help draft and edit text, for example structuring a guide, tightening wording or checking grammar.
• What AI never does: AI never invents test results, payout times, screenshots, ratings or reviews. AI does not test casinos.
• Where results come from: When we publish operator tests, every payout time, screenshot and verdict will come from Kassandra's own real-money testing.
• Human review: Kassandra checks every page before it is published, and she is responsible for what it says.

Responsible gambling standards

• No guaranteed-win claims. We never say a game, strategy or site will make you money.
• No content aimed at minors. SugarFun is for adults 21 and over only.
• Gambling is presented as entertainment with real risk, never as a way to earn income.
