Some sites list a higher max win or a different RTP for Agent Ace. We follow the official page and the databases we opened.
About the provider: Agent Ace is known in the Philippines as a JILI game. Outside Asia, the same title is listed under TaDa Gaming, and it has an official game page on tadagaming.com, so that's what we used as our main source. In the Clash of Slots database, the game is listed under "Jili Games, TaDa Gaming". In the SlotsLaunch database, Agent Ace's JILI URL redirects to its TaDa Gaming page. The exact corporate relationship between JILI and TaDa is not yet verified. For other studios, read our slot providers guide.
How to play and how it pays
Agent Ace is a line slot with 25 paylines on a 5×3 grid. Matching symbols have to line up in a row on a payline, starting from the left.
The theme is crime-fighting: "The City of Sin needs a hero," according to the official page. The "bad guy" or gangster symbols pay the most, and they're also the ones that turn wild when the special feature triggers.
- 25 paylines according to the official page.
- Wilds that substitute for other symbols, and can carry a multiplier.
- Scatters linked to the special feature, according to AboutSlots.
Open the paytable inside the game to see the exact payouts. If you're new to paylines and wilds, read our slots guide first.
Features: Ace Agent, multiplier wilds and Golden Wilds
The Ace Agent feature is the heart of the game. According to the official page, when it appears, the bad guy symbols turn wild.
- Ace Agent / Bullet Time. According to AboutSlots, the feature is also called Bullet Time, and it triggers randomly on any spin or when 2 scatters land on the same spin.
- Multiplier wilds. According to the official page, wilds can carry x2 or x3 multipliers. According to AboutSlots, it's a random 1x to 3x.
- Free game. In free spins, the Ace Agent feature is guaranteed to appear and there are more wilds, according to the official page. Once enough wilds are collected, some symbols become Golden Wilds until the free spins end.
- Free spins trigger and count. Not yet verified in the sources we opened.
All of this is still random. The Golden Wild upgrade improves your chances in the round, but it doesn't guarantee a big win.
Agent Ace RTP and volatility
If the 96.12% figure from AboutSlots matches your site's version, the long-run house edge is about 3.88%. But it isn't listed on the official page, so the info screen has the final answer. Read our RTP explainer.
Two databases rate the volatility as medium, and one as "below average." The 1,000x ceiling is low, so it's not a game for "jackpot hunting." Our volatility guide will help you match it to your budget.
Just an example: a ₱500 session budget and a ₱5 bet per spin is about 100 spins if nothing hits. At 96.12% RTP, the expected cost on ₱500 total wagered is about ₱19. If you keep re-spinning your wins until ₱2,000 total is wagered, the expected cost is about ₱78.
Set a budget you can afford to lose, and stop when it's gone.
Myths and common mistakes
Agent Ace's random feature makes people think they can "time" it. You can't.
- "If there's been no Bullet Time for a while, it's coming soon." No. The trigger is random on every spin.
- "Wilds are always x3 in free spins." No. They can be x2 or x3 according to the official page, and it's random.
- "The max win is 5,000x." Some sites say so, but the official page and the three databases we opened say 1,000x.
- "It's medium volatility, so returns are steady." Your budget will still run out over enough spins. That's the house edge.
Where to play legally
Only play Agent Ace on a PAGCOR-licensed site, and check the exact address before signing up. Many copycat sites use the names of popular JILI games to attract players.
- Type the exact website address into our PAGCOR license checker. A logo that "looks legit" isn't enough.
- Inside the game, open the info or rules screen and check the RTP of the version set up on that site.
- Deposit only through the site's official cashier, not to the personal GCash number of an "agent" or a group chat. Follow the safe GCash and Maya deposit guide for slots.
