Super Ace and Super Ace Deluxe Review PH: RTP, Volatility

Super Ace is one of the most searched-for slots in the Philippines, and it now has a Deluxe version. Here's how both work, side by side, from documented facts.

By Kassandra Marcos · Updated
Quick answer Super Ace is a JILI card-themed slot on a 5×4 grid with 1,024 ways, cascades, Golden Cards that turn into Jokers, and combo multipliers that grow with each cascade. The official game page lists a 1,500x max win; reviews put the RTP at 97% (one says 97.88%). Super Ace Deluxe keeps the same grid but adds a Star Card, longer multiplier trails and a 10,000x max win, with reviews listing 96.5% RTP. For other games, see the slot games hub.

The official Super Ace page we opened didn't list RTP or volatility, so those numbers come from reviews. For Super Ace Deluxe, we couldn't find its official TaDa page, so all the Deluxe numbers come from slot databases. When sources disagree, we show them all.

About the provider: Super Ace is known in the Philippines as a JILI game. Outside Asia, the same title is listed under TaDa Gaming, and it has an official game page on tadagaming.com, so that's the main source we used. According to Blask (August 2026), some JILI titles are listed under two studio names in the PH market. In the SlotsLaunch database, Super Ace's JILI URL redirects to its TaDa Gaming page. The exact corporate relationship between JILI and TaDa is not yet verified. For other studios, read our slot providers guide.

How to play and how it pays

Super Ace pays on 1,024 ways, so matching cards only need to land on adjacent reels from the left. You don't have to follow a line; the reels with the same card just need to be consecutive.

Every win triggers a cascade. The winning cards disappear, new ones drop in, and if there's another win, it keeps going. Each cascade within a single spin raises the combo multiplier.

  • Base game: the combo multiplier climbs up to x5, according to Win.gg and Live Casino Comparer.
  • Free spins: climbs up to x10. The official page says multipliers in the Free Game are double those of the main game.

The multiplier resets on the next paid spin. If you're new to ways and cascades, read our slots guide.

Features: Golden Cards, Jokers and free spins

The Golden Card is the feature that makes Super Ace feel different. It appears on reels 2, 3 and 4, according to Win.gg and Live Casino Comparer.

  • Golden Card to Joker. When a Golden Card is part of a win, it becomes a Joker wild after the cascade. The official page says so too: a "Golden Joker" appears after the Golden Card is eliminated.
  • Little and Big Joker. According to Live Casino Comparer, the Little Joker takes just one position, while the Big Joker can spread to up to four positions on reels 2 to 5.
  • Free spins. Three or more scatters award 10 free spins. Three more scatters inside the round add +5 spins.
  • Buy feature. According to Win.gg and Gamesville, some versions have a bonus buy. It may be disabled on some sites or markets.

What's new in Super Ace Deluxe

Super Ace Deluxe is the same 5×4, 1,024-ways card slot with a bigger ceiling. The cascades and Golden Cards are the same, but three things changed according to reviews.

  • Star Card. According to Slotsia, a Star Card can appear during cascades and turn other regular cards into Golden Cards.
  • Longer multiplier trail. Now five steps: x1, x2, x3, x5, x10 in the base game and x2, x4, x6, x10, x20 in free spins (Slotsia). In the original, the top is only x5 and x10.
  • 10,000x max win. Up from 1,500x in the original, according to Slotsia, Gamble-Free and Live Casino Comparer.

The free spins trigger is still the same according to Slotsia: 3 or more scatters for 10 free spins, and +5 when scatters land again. A higher max win doesn't mean you'll win more often. The possible swings are just bigger, and reviews list a lower RTP.

Super Ace RTP and volatility

At 97% RTP, the long-run house edge is about 3%, but that's only a long-run average. If the version is 97.88%, it's about 2.12%. Our RTP explainer explains why it's not a prediction for your session.

Reviews disagree on volatility, from Low-Medium to Medium-High. The 1,500x max win is lower than many modern slots, so it's not an "extreme" game, but big wins still come from long cascade chains, which are rare. Read our volatility guide.

For Super Ace Deluxe, the three reviews we opened rate the volatility Medium, and two of them list a 96.5% RTP. If the site's version is 92.11%, the house edge is higher, so the info screen really matters.

Just an example: a ₱500 session budget at ₱5 per spin is about 100 spins if nothing hits. At 97% RTP, the expected cost on ₱500 total wagered is about ₱15. But if you re-spin your wins until the total wagered reaches ₱2,000, the expected cost rises to about ₱60. For Super Ace Deluxe (96.5%), the expected cost on ₱1,000 total wagered is about ₱35; on the 92.11% version, about ₱78.90. What matters is the total wagered, not just the deposit.

Myths and common mistakes

Super Ace is popular, so lots of "tips" are going around. Most are wrong.

  • "Lots of Golden Cards means a sure big win." No. They only become Jokers when they're part of a win.
  • "The combo multiplier carries over to the next spin." No. It only climbs within a single spin and its cascade chain.
  • "There are times when Super Ace is looser." There's no such thing. The RNG decides every spin.
  • "Super Ace is 97% RTP everywhere." The RTP isn't on the official page, and reviews disagree. Check the info screen on your site.
  • "It's easier to win on Deluxe because the max is 10,000x." No. The ceiling is higher, not the odds. Reviews actually list a lower RTP.

Where to play legally

Only play Super Ace or Super Ace Deluxe on a PAGCOR-licensed site, and check the exact address before you sign up. Many copycat sites use the names of popular JILI games to lure players.

  1. Type the exact website address into our PAGCOR license checker. A logo that "looks legit" isn't enough.
  2. Inside the game, open the info or rules screen and check the RTP of the version set up on that site.
  3. Deposit only through the site's official cashier, not to the personal GCash number of an "agent" or a group chat. Follow the safe GCash and Maya deposit guide for slots.
