About the provider: Golden Empire is known in the Philippines as a JILI game. Outside Asia, the same title is listed under TaDa Gaming, and it has an official game page on tadagaming.com, so that's what we used as our main source. According to Blask (August 2026), some JILI titles are listed under two studio names in the PH market. The exact corporate relationship between JILI and TaDa is not yet verified. How to play and how it pays

Golden Empire pays on ways: at least three matching symbols on adjacent reels from the left. According to the official page, the grid is 6x5 with an extra reel above reels 2 to 5, so it reaches 32,400 ways.

Cascades are the heart of the game. When there's a win, the winning symbols disappear and new ones drop in. Wins can chain within a single spin.

Each symbol pays little relative to the bet. For example, in the official page's paytable, the Red Totem (the highest) pays 0.1x to 0.4x, and J and 10 pay 0.01x to 0.04x. So big wins come from many ways and cascades at once, not from a single line.

Features: Gold Frames, free spins and multiplier

Gold Frame symbols are the main twist. According to VegasSlotsOnline and Gamesville, symbols with a golden frame turn into wilds when part of a win, and can cover up to four positions.

  • Free spins trigger. 4, 5 or 6 scatters award 8, 10 or 12 free spins. Each extra scatter adds +2 spins, according to the official page.
  • Growing multiplier. In the free game, the multiplier starts at 1x and rises after every cascade. It builds up until the free games end.
  • Buy feature. None of the sources we opened mention a bonus buy, so it's not yet verified.

The growing multiplier is why wins can get big in free spins. But not every round is guaranteed a long cascade chain.

Golden Empire RTP and volatility

Just an example: ₱1,000 total wagered. At 97% RTP, the expected cost is about ₱30. On the 94.05% version, about ₱59.50. Same graphics, but nearly double the expected cost. That's why you should check the info screen.

32,400 ways is easy to misread. Here are the common mistakes:

  • "32,400 ways, so it's easier to win." There are more ways to form a win, but each pays little. It doesn't raise the RTP.
  • "The free spins multiplier never resets." It only builds up within the free games round.
  • "The RTP is always 97%." 97% is the average on the official page, but reviews say there are lower versions.
  • "A scatter is close because there hasn't been a bonus in a while." Every spin is independent.
