About the provider: Mega Ace is known in the Philippines as a JILI game. Outside Asia, the same title is listed under TaDa Gaming, and it has an official game page on tadagaming.com, so that's the main source we used. According to Blask (August 2026), some JILI titles are listed under two studio names in the PH market. The exact corporate relationship between JILI and TaDa is not yet verified. For other studios, read our slot providers guide.
How to play and how it pays
Mega Ace pays on up to 46,656 ways, so matching cards only need to land on adjacent reels from the left. The grid is six reels by six rows, according to the official page.
Every win triggers a cascade. The winning cards disappear, new ones drop in, and the combo multiplier rises with each consecutive win in a single spin.
- Base game: the combo multiplier goes X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 (official page).
- Free game: X2, X4, X6, X8, up to X10 (official page).
If you know Super Ace, the flow is nearly the same, but the grid is bigger with more ways. If you're new to ways and cascades, read our slots guide.
Features: Golden Cards, Jokers, free spins and Extra Bet
The Joker chain is what makes Mega Ace different. According to the official page, a Gold set becomes a Small Joker (wild) when eliminated, and an eliminated Small Joker can randomly become a Big Joker.
- Big Joker. Once it lands, it instantly turns 3 to 5 symbols Wild, according to the official page.
- Free spins. 3 or more Scatters award 10 free spins, plus 2 for each extra Scatter, according to Respinix. According to DemoSlot, multipliers are doubled in free spins.
- Extra Bet. On the official page, the multiplier starts at the second level with Extra Bet on, so the first win is x2 right away. According to Respinix, it adds 50% to the cost of each spin.
- Buy feature. According to DemoSlot, the version they reviewed has a bonus buy priced at 44.5x. It may be disabled on some sites or markets.
Mega Ace RTP and volatility
At 97.31% RTP, the long-run house edge is about 2.69%, but that's only a long-run average. Our RTP explainer explains why it's not a prediction for your session.
Reviews rate the volatility Low-Medium to Medium, and the max win is only 1,500x. According to Respinix, the hit frequency is 42.42%, so small wins come often. Big wins still come from long cascade chains, which are rare. Read our volatility guide.
Just an example: ₱1,000 total wagered. At 97.31%, the expected cost is about ₱26.90. With Extra Bet on and a 93.57% RTP, it's about ₱64.30, and your budget also runs out faster because each spin costs 50% more.
Myths and common mistakes
Mega Ace is often compared with Super Ace, so there are lots of misconceptions.
- "More ways means bigger wins." No. Both have a 1,500x max win according to the official pages.
- "Extra Bet is always worth it." According to Respinix, the RTP is lower with it on. Each spin also costs more.
- "The Big Joker is coming soon." It's random. No "pattern" tells you when it will appear.
- "The hit rate is high, so you'll come out ahead." No. Most wins are small and can be less than your bet.
Where to play legally
Only play Mega Ace on a PAGCOR-licensed site, and check the exact address before you sign up. Many copycat sites use the names of popular JILI games to lure players.
- Type the exact website address into our PAGCOR license checker. A logo that "looks legit" isn't enough.
- Inside the game, open the info or rules screen and check the RTP of the version set up on that site.
- Deposit only through the site's official cashier, not to the personal GCash number of an "agent" or a group chat. Follow the safe GCash and Maya deposit guide for slots.
