How to play and how it pays
You need three matching symbols on one of the 10 lines, starting from the left, to win. Because the middle reel has 4 rows, there are more ways to form a line than in the 3×3 Fortune games.
- Wild: substitutes for regular symbols and is the top payer.
- Regular symbols: golden ingot, box of coins, bag of coins, red envelopes, oranges and fireworks.
- Base line pays are small. In the paytable BigWinBoard lists, the lowest symbols pay less than your bet for a line. That's normal in a 10-line game: even when the animation says “win,” the spin can still be a loss.

Features
There are two features to understand in Fortune Ox, and both are about respins and the multiplier.
- Fortune Ox feature. It triggers at random on any spin. According to BigWinBoard, reels 1 and 3 show matching symbols, then the reels respin until there's a winning combination. That means the feature always pays, but it isn't guaranteed to be big.
- ×10 multiplier. When every position fills with one symbol, or that symbol plus wilds, the payout is ×10. A full screen of wilds gives the 2,000× max win.
No scatter and no free spins. All the excitement comes from the random respin and the chance of a full screen.
RTP and volatility
At 96.75% RTP, the house edge is about 3.25% of total wagered in the long run. Read our RTP guide to understand why it doesn't match a short session.
Example: a ₱600 budget at ₱3 per spin is 200 spins. That's ₱600 total wagered and a theoretical cost of about ₱19.50. But the ₱600 can run out with no feature, or you can end above ₱600 if a full screen hits.
Sources disagree on volatility: High in one, Medium in the other. The practical reading: regular line wins are small, and much of the value sits in the rare full-screen ×10. So plan as if it's swingier. Our volatility guide explains how to match your bet to your budget.
How it differs from the other Fortune games
Fortune Ox is the first 3-4-3 in the list: a bigger grid and twice the lines of Mouse.
| Game | Year | Grid and lines | RTP | Volatility | Max win | Signature feature |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fortune Mouse | 2020 | 3×3, 5 lines | 96.96% | Medium | 1,000× | Wilds on the middle reel; reels 1 and 3 respin until a win |
| Fortune Ox | 2021 | 3-4-3, 10 lines | 96.75% | High or Medium* | 2,000× | Matching symbols on reels 1 and 3; respin until a win; ×10 on a full grid |
| Fortune Tiger | 2022 | 3×3, 5 lines | 96.81% | Medium | 2,500× | One symbol plus wilds only; lock and respin; ×10 on a full grid |
| Fortune Rabbit | 2023 | 3-4-3, 10 lines | 96.75% | Medium | 5,000× | 8 spins of prize symbols only (5+ needed) |
| Fortune Dragon | 2024 | 3×3, 5 lines | 96.74% | Medium or High* | 2,500× | Multiplier Reel ×2/×5/×10; 8 Fortune Spins with 2–3 multipliers |
*Sources rate volatility differently for Fortune Ox (High vs Medium) and Fortune Dragon (Medium vs High). Year = release year according to the sources. All numbers come from the reviews listed under Sources.
Ox's real difference: its feature is respin-until-win using matching reels 1 and 3, with ×10 on a full screen. In Tiger, a single symbol locks and a win isn't guaranteed. In Rabbit, which has the same 3-4-3 grid, the feature is filled with prize symbols. For other games, visit our slot games hub.
Myths and common mistakes
The biggest mistake with Fortune Ox is thinking every “guaranteed win” from the feature is big.
- “The feature always wins, so it's worth waiting for.” It always pays, yes, but it might be just a small line. The ×10 is only for a full screen.
- “The ox will show up after X losses.” The trigger is random. There's no counter running in the background.
- “There's an RTP tracker app that tells you when to spin.” Nothing can read the RNG. Someone else's “live RTP” won't predict your next spin.
- “Raise your bet when it's close.” There's no “close.” Raising your bet only drains your budget faster.
Where to play legally
Only play Fortune Ox on a PAGCOR-licensed site. Copies, "mod" APKs and Telegram links using the names of popular PG Soft games are circulating, and nobody protects your money there.
- Type the exact site address into our PAGCOR license checker before registering or depositing.
- Only deposit through the site's own cashier, never to an "agent's" personal GCash number. Read the safe GCash and Maya deposit guide for slots.
- According to Casinos.com, Fortune Ox has no bonus buy and no free spins. Be careful with any site offering a “special version” of it.

FAQ
What is Fortune Ox's RTP?
96.75% according to the reviews we opened. It's a long-run average, so still check the RTP on the game's info screen on the site where you'll play.
Is Fortune Ox high volatility?
Sources differ: High according to BigWinBoard and Medium according to Casinos.com. Typical line wins are small and the full-screen ×10 is rare, so it's safer to plan as if it's swingy.
Is the Fortune Ox feature a guaranteed win?
According to BigWinBoard, the reels respin until there's a win, so the feature always pays. But it can be small; the ×10 only comes with a full screen.
Does Fortune Ox have a free demo?
PG Soft games often have a demo or practice mode on licensed sites or the provider's website. We don't link to a demo here because we haven't verified the official link. If there's a demo, use it to understand the features, not to look for patterns.
