Ang isang rule: licensed site, sariling cashier
The safe way to play color game online with GCash is simple: a PAGCOR-licensed site, and money that moves only through that site's cashier. (New to the game itself? Start with our color game guide.)
Ganito ang tamang daloy ng pera:
- Check the site first. Run its name and web address through our PAGCOR license checker. Kung hindi mo ma-verify, stop na.
- Create an account in your own name. Use your real details, because they'll need to match your ID and your e-wallet later.
- Open the cashier or deposit page inside the site. Choose GCash or Maya there. The payment request should come from the site's own cashier flow, not from a person in chat.
- Deposit only your session budget.

Don't expect to find color game inside your e-wallet app anymore. In August 2025, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas told BSP-supervised institutions, including e-wallets, to remove in-app links that send users to gambling sites within 48 hours, and GCash and Maya said they would comply (Philstar, August 14, 2025).
Red flags: agents, FB groups at "perya online" sellers
Most color game money losses outside the game itself start with a person, not a website. Watch for these:
A licensed site doesn't need a middleman. Once the money is in someone's personal wallet, wala kang habol sa site.
- Facebook or Telegram "color game groups" where bets are placed in comments or chat and the "dice" are rolled on a live stream. There is no way for you to check if the roll is fair or if anyone will pay.
- "Perya online" sellers offering a private link, a "VIP table" or "mas mataas na payout" than the standard 1:1, 2:1, 3:1. Higher-than-normal payouts are bait.
- Pattern or signal groups selling "sure-win" colour predictions. Every roll is independent. See our color game tips and myths.
- Requests for your OTP, MPIN or a screenshot of your e-wallet. Walang legit na site o agent na hihingi nito. Ever.
- "Release fee" or "tax" bago ma-withdraw. If you must pay to receive your winnings, it's a scam.
- Screenshots of big wins and "testimonials" as proof of legitimacy. Easy to fake, and they prove nothing about a license.
- Pressure. "Last slot na lang," "promo ends in 10 minutes." Legit platforms don't rush you.
KYC: bakit normal ang paghingi ng ID
Expect a licensed site to verify your identity, usually before your first withdrawal and sometimes at sign-up. This know-your-customer (KYC) step checks your age and that the account is really yours. Annoying, pero proteksyon ito.
- Upload your ID only inside the site's account or verification page. Not by email to a random address, and never to an "agent" in Messenger.
- Match your names. Your casino account and your GCash or Maya account should be in the same name. Mismatches are a common reason withdrawals get held.
- Do it early. Finishing KYC before you play means fewer surprises when you want to cash out.
If a site never asks for anything and pays through personal accounts, that's not convenience. That's a sign it isn't operating like a licensed platform.
Withdrawals: dito makikita kung legit
A withdrawal is the real test of any site. Request it from the site's cashier, to a GCash or Maya account in your own name, and keep records. Our GCash withdrawal guide walks through the steps.
- Read the site's withdrawal rules before depositing, including any minimums or bonus wagering conditions.
- Screenshot every deposit and withdrawal request, with reference numbers.
- If a withdrawal is delayed, contact the site's official support channel, not a "support agent" who messages you first.
Act fast and don't pay anyone who promises to "recover" your money. Recovery services that ask for an upfront fee are another common scam.
- Stop sending money, kahit anong pangako.
- Save everything: chats, account names, numbers, reference numbers and screenshots.
- Report the transaction through GCash's or Maya's official in-app help channels.
- Report to the police or cybercrime authorities, bringing your saved evidence.
Unlicensed operations also leave you with no regulator to complain to. Our color game legal guide explains why that matters.

FAQ
