Una sa lahat: licensed site
Before any money moves, confirm the site is licensed by PAGCOR. The payment method doesn't make a site legit. GCash and Maya are just how the money travels, and an illegal site can ask for GCash too.
- Run the site name or domain through our PAGCOR license checker.
- Make sure you're on the exact domain you checked, not a look-alike link from an ad or chat.
- Read our e-bingo legal guide if you're unsure how licensing works for online bingo.
Paano mag-deposit
Every deposit should start from the site's own cashier page, inside your logged-in account. Ganito ang typical na flow:
- Log in to your account on the licensed site.
- Open the cashier or "Deposit" page and pick GCash or Maya.
- Enter the amount. Make it your session budget only, hindi buong sweldo.
- Confirm in your wallet app. You'll usually be sent to GCash or Maya to approve. Check the merchant name and amount before you confirm.
- Check your balance on the site, and keep the reference number.
Minimums, maximums and any fees are set by the site and your wallet, and they change. Check them on the cashier page itself, hindi sa screenshot ng ibang tao. For the full step-by-step with screenshots of what to look for, see our GCash casino deposit guide and Maya casino guide.
KYC: gawin agad
Licensed sites are expected to verify that you're 21 or older and that the account is really yours. That's KYC, or "know your customer."
- Upload a valid government ID and any selfie check the site asks for.
- Use your real, full name. It should match your ID and your GCash or Maya account.
- Do it before your first big round, not after a win. Many withdrawal holds are just unfinished KYC.
A site that never asks who you are is not "convenient." It's a warning sign na baka hindi licensed.
Paano mag-withdraw
Withdrawals also go through the cashier, back to a wallet in your own name.
- Open the cashier and choose "Withdraw."
- Pick GCash or Maya and confirm the account number is yours.
- Enter the amount and submit. Save the withdrawal ID.
- Wait for the processing time written in the site's terms.
Withdrawing a win right away is a good habit. Kapag naiwan sa account ang panalo, madaling maibalik sa cards.
Kapag natagalan ang withdrawal
Most delays have a fixable cause, like pending KYC, a name mismatch, wallet limits, or an active bonus with unfinished wagering. Our GCash guide lists the common reasons and what to do: bakit natatagalan ang withdrawal.
If it's past the stated processing time, contact the site's official support with your withdrawal ID and keep screenshots. Huwag mag-deposit ulit habang may pending na withdrawal, at huwag magbayad ng "release fee" kahit kanino.
Red flags: bingo agents at load sellers
The biggest risk in e-bingo payments is a middleman. If anyone stands between you and the site's cashier, stop.
- "Bingo agents." Someone who offers to buy cards or load your account for you, kapalit ng GCash transfer sa personal number nila.
- Facebook "load" sellers. Pages or group posts selling "bingo credits," "load," or "points" at a discount. Kadalasan, hindi licensed ang site o wala talagang load.
- Personal account numbers. A licensed cashier does not ask you to send money to a person's GCash or Maya.
- Release or tax fees. Being asked to pay first before you can withdraw is a classic scam.
- Links in chat or SMS. Type the domain yourself, or use the one you checked.
- Requests for your MPIN or OTP. No legit site or agent needs these. Never share them.
Tungkol sa GCash at Maya in-app links
In August 2025, GCash and Maya said they would comply with a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas order to remove in-app links and icons that redirect users to online gambling platforms (source). That order was about links inside the apps.
What this means for you: don't look for a "games" shortcut inside your wallet. Go to the licensed site directly and use its cashier. Wallet rules can keep changing, kaya kung may hindi gumagana, check GCash's or Maya's official announcements, hindi ang post ng isang agent.

FAQ
